Rebuilding Eltemimi is a comprehensive full-stack e-commerce platform migration from a legacy Node.js/Express and React SPA stack to a modern Laravel 12 monolithic architecture utilizing the TALL stack (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel Livewire, Blade). The project encompasses an Arabic-first home décor retail operation featuring ~300 routes, 68 Eloquent models, 41 controllers, and a full suite of inventory, multi-provider payment, order lifecycle, and customer support systems.
Understanding the problem.
Operating a home décor retail business requires coordinating complex, interconnected workflows across multiple domains. The platform needed to seamlessly handle bilingual storefronts (with full RTL support), advanced order lifecycles, real-time inventory tracking, secure multi-provider payments, and granular role-based access control for administrative and support staff without performance bottlenecks.

Developed a robust monolithic e-commerce application using Laravel 12 and the TALL stack, organizing code cleanly around business domains. The system utilizes Laravel Livewire and Alpine.js for dynamic, server-driven admin and storefront interfaces, Sanctum for secure authentication, and a comprehensive automated test suite to ensure high reliability across all shopping and operational workflows.
